History and Development
The predecessor of VietChem was Kim Nguu Trading and Service Co., Ltd., established in the early 2000s in Hanoi. Initially, the company mainly traded pure chemicals and laboratory equipment serving research, education, and industrial manufacturing.
In 2004, the company transformed its operating model and developed into VietChem Import Export Chemicals and Equipment Joint Stock Company under the VIETCHEM brand. From this point, the company expanded its operations nationwide while heavily investing in warehousing and factory systems.

- 2001: Establishment of Kim Nguu Trading and Service Co., Ltd.
- 2004: Establishment of VietChem Import Export Chemicals and Equipment Joint Stock Company – VIETCHEM.
- 2012: Construction of Tan Thanh – VIETCHEM factory.
