Delivery and Working Hours
8 AM - 6 PM daily. Sunday mornings only.Delivery within 2 hours from the time of order.Orders of 3 bottles or more: free delivery.Less than 3 bottles: 25,000 VND/delivery. -
Additional Fees for Carrying Bottles Upstairs
Carrying to the 1st or 2nd floor: 2,000 VND/bottle/floor.Carrying to the 3rd floor: 8,000 VND/bottle.Carrying to the 4th floor: 12,000 VND/bottle.We do not carry bottles to floors higher than this. -
Bottle Deposit Fee
Without a bottle, the deposit fee is 50,000 VND/bottle.Note: Branded bottles are exchangeable by iWater.LaVie, Ion Life, Bidrico, Vĩnh Hảo, Vihawa, Top, Satori, Miocen -
Bottle Return Policy
1: Bring bottles to iWater warehouses to receive the full deposit refund.2: iWater can collect bottles at your location, collection fee: 30,000 VND/visit (for less than 10 bottles).3: For more than 10 bottles, please contact us.
