Delivery policies

  • Delivery and Working Hours

    8 AM - 6 PM daily. Sunday mornings only.
    Delivery within 2 hours from the time of order.
    Orders of 3 bottles or more: free delivery.
    Less than 3 bottles: 25,000 VND/delivery.

  • Additional Fees for Carrying Bottles Upstairs

    Carrying to the 1st or 2nd floor: 2,000 VND/bottle/floor.
    Carrying to the 3rd floor: 8,000 VND/bottle.
    Carrying to the 4th floor: 12,000 VND/bottle.
    We do not carry bottles to floors higher than this.

  • Bottle Deposit Fee

    Without a bottle, the deposit fee is 50,000 VND/bottle.
    Note: Branded bottles are exchangeable by iWater.

  • Bottle Return Policy

    1: Bring bottles to iWater warehouses to receive the full deposit refund.
